Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Tolux LLC collects, uses, and protects information in Tolux Contracting.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, email address, business name, sign-in identity, subscription status, billing address, tax information, service activity, saved workflow information, communications, device information, and security logs. Stripe processes payment-card information; Tolux does not receive complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, verify subscriptions, personalize workflows, respond to support, calculate and report taxes, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve performance, and comply with law.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, communications, and security; with government or legal authorities when required; or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Stripe and external sources

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy terms. Links to SAM.gov, Texas ESBD, local procurement portals, and other third-party sites are governed by those sites’ policies.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for support, tax, accounting, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. You may cancel the subscription to stop future billing. Contact us if the email used for Stripe differs from the email used to sign in.

Children

Tolux Contracting is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the revised effective date on this page.
